Account and payment data

Hraness Suite handles sign-in and provides BigDataDepot an opaque account identifier, username, and authenticated session so purchases can follow the correct account. Stripe handles Checkout and payment-card information. BigDataDepot does not receive or store full card numbers.

We store the Checkout and payment identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, purchased release, and refund or dispute state needed to grant and protect access.

Use and service providers

We use account, payment, request, download, and limited security-log data to deliver releases, prevent unauthorized access, answer support requests, investigate failures, and meet legal obligations. Suite and Stripe process data under their own policies. Hosting, database, and object-storage providers process the minimum operational data needed to run the service.

Dataset records

The dataset is built from public organization and software-footprint material. It is not intended to collect private account content or create profiles of individuals. If a record contains personal information or should not be included, use the Contact and Corrections process.

Retention and choices

We retain purchase and access records while needed to provide account-bound access, handle refunds or disputes, protect the service, and satisfy accounting or legal duties. Security logs are retained only as long as operationally necessary. You may ask about your account data, request a correction, or request an opt-out from future dataset releases by emailing accounts@hraness.com.
