Account, access, and billing
Email accounts@hraness.com from the address tied to your Hraness account. Include the order identifier for purchase, download, refund, or account-access questions. Never send payment-card numbers or passwords.
Record corrections
To question a record, include the public URL or record key, the field you believe is wrong, the correction requested, and a public source that supports the change. We may ask for reasonable evidence that you represent the affected organization.
Opt-out requests
An affected organization may request exclusion from future releases by emailing the same address with the relevant domains and public records. We review requests for scope, identity, and conflicts with legal or recordkeeping obligations. Approved corrections or opt-outs apply to future releases. Previously purchased immutable releases and copies already downloaded by buyers cannot be recalled or silently rewritten.
